Added Challenge Scenarios
AI Income modifier is now accurately accounted for in the game info tab
New AI setting, Modifier Increase per turn, increases the AI income modifier every turn, great for if you think the AI is too easy in the late game
Scenario options / AI Modifications are automatically reset upon game end / restart
It is now possible to OBLITERATE THE MOON as a scenario option
Fixed glitch where research required to complete tech could go to infinity
Updated the Czechochechnyoslovenoslovakia map so that Chile and Czechoslovakia don't start off immediately at war with each other
Added 2 new flags
Added 1 new portrait
