- Edited the civilization and random scenario so that starting resources were more varied
- Resource values can now be changed by 0.1 instead of 0.5 when making custom maps
- Fixed a glitch where the ai could unfriend request you even when you wern't friends
- AI is more willing to break friendships if they're not at war with anyone
- Added 29 new portraits
- Added 8 new flags
