- Fixed an issue where when you’re playing as spectator and when not touching anything unclaimed provinces are at war with you
- Fixed the Countries in Tournament Europe not having researched anything
- Improved the AI so that it prioritizes passive income when it has an income of less than 5
- Added passive income to game info displayed in spectator mode
- Added an option for the AI to be completely peaceful
- Fixed another connection issue with a province (the one under kaliningrad)
