- Added Tournaments, so online multiplayer is technically possible now
- Fixed some province connections in the balkans
- Added a naval connection between Corsica and Rome
- More flags (as usual)
- Heavily buffed Romania in the Tournament Europe Scenario
- Slightly nerfed France, Italy, UK, and Poland in the Tournament Europe Scenario
- Fixed an issue where viewing relations while playing as a country would show that you’re at war with unclaimed territory
- Added a new scenario, Oceanian Federation Collapse
- Fixed some spelling errors
