Made nuclear artillery more expensive ($100 -> $500)
Fixed a glitch where showing relations could show the relations of a country you were selecting that was behind the Map UI Bar
You can right click to drag the map without selecting a province
Added the moon
Added a Space Technology Branch
Added Various Moon Ores as a resource available on the moon
The AI is currently unable to do moon landings, so for the time being the moon only gives very limited resources
