Researching passive income gives +2 extra income instead of just +1
Researching resource multiplier gives x1.0 extra income instead of just x0.5
Researching Artillery V now requires you to have Rocketry

AI can now research resource multiplier instead of just spamming passive income
When disbanding all your armies, the confirmation screen now shows the disband all button
Added an option to prevent armies from being trained in devastated provinces
Fixed tournament not working with certain scenario options
Fixed province connection between Quebec and Greenland
Fixed province connection between Jutland and Scania
Removed bugged province connection between Jutland and Hanover
