- Fixed a glitch where you could use custom train to train troops on devastated provinces
- Researching Passive Income now only increases your gain by +2
- AI will now always research passive income unless their income is 10 or higher
- Fixed glitch in the Four World Order Scenario where Switzerland has leader title Primus
- Added a 3D Camera
- Added a Skybox
