Saving games now gives the save file the name of the country you're playing as, combined with the current date
Fixed a glitch where moving troops without setting a destination would delete the troops
Fixed a glitch where clicking back while selecting artillery made you lose money
Added a Mass Production button to spam province upgrades quickly
AI can now use heavy artillery
AI can now deploy nuclear bombs, though they only use them on very large deployments (ideally this will make stalemates happen less)
