Fixed a spelling mistake with the description for cancelling research
Resource multiplier now takes 2x longer to research but increases multiplier by 2.5x
Researching passive income now gives +3 income instead of just +2 income
Fixed a glitch where research progress could go negative when looping research
Made the symbol for level 8 industry less bright and more detailed so it looks better
Nerfed Germany in the Four World Order Scenario
Slightly buffed France, Ukraine, and Rome in the Four World Order Scenario
Added a politics tab in the diplomacy screen (it does nothing for now)
Added ability to do local multiplayer in narrative scenarios
Added North Macedonia as a flag
