- Fixed a glitch where countries could start out with zero artillery research on tournaments
- Fixed a naval connection between province 389 and 540 (South Vietnam and South Thailand)
- Fixed a glitch where frontline sometimes said you didn't have enough money to create one when in actuality you had *just* enough money
